Chinook Experience
-Branding Project-
This was collaboration between myself and a group of culinary students that wanted to establish a brand for their Northwestern style Cuisine. I ran with a lot of ideas and themes that would convey the spirit of the northwest.
Since a lot of their food was based on forest fruits and venison, I built their logo based off a local breed of fish called the chinook from the area.
From there, I built their takeaway packaging based off the idea of taking wooden tackle boxes and added their personal engravement
my menu took a different inspiration, as the illustrations were based off native american depictions of wildlife, that I felt would really bring the piece together.
